| Description | Thus, through the development of a person, a life situation may arise in which the person will not identify with his or her biological and psychological sex. The law also responds to such a situation. The aim of this paper is to assess whether the Czech legal system creates a sufficient framework for gender reassignment. The article will also include a short excursion into the issue of intersex persons whose biological sex cannot be determined after birth on the basis of external features. |
