| Description | During the extensive response of the Czech Republic to the covid-19 pandemic, certain legal instruments aimed at protecting public health are applied. In simple terms, it is possible to speak in particular of certain "pandemic measures" of the executive branch. They have different legal bases, but all these measures should be accompanied by effective judicial protection of individuals (illegally) affected by them on their subjective rights. The presentation (and the subsequent written paper) assesses the extent to which this protection is or should be situated in the administrative judiciary, more specifically in the "basic" types of claims (proceedings) under the Code of Administrative Procedure. |
