| Description | The monograph deals with a comparison of the selectec issues of real rights which are mentioned in DCFR and the Czech legislation. Due to the fact that DCFR deals with Act No 40/1964 Sb. when Czech law is concerned, the monograph also presents an update of the Czech law comparison presented in DCFR. The scope of the questions raised in the monograph is set according to DCFR, so only questions and areas expressly mentioned in DCFR are dealt with. |
