| Description | The article "When the past cannot be forgotten: Examples of memory transformation in autobiographical texts by Hédi Fried" focuses on the issue of variability and invariability of memory narratives. It analyses three different texts that all focus on the same events that have some basis in author´s real life, but process them in a different way. Through that, the article tries to define what in the narrative changes and what remains invariant, and to explain what factors determine the choice of information. |
