| Description | By purchasing cloud computing services, a significant reduction in the operating costs of public administration bodies for information technology can be achieved. It is necessary to set clear security requirements for the different types and models of cloud computing used by public authorities in line with the emerging European certification schemes for cloud computing services. This paper analyzes the new Czech regulation of cloud computing, argues that the definition of the national cyber security certification system of the Cyber Security Act according to Article 2 (10) is met, explains its inclusion in the wider European legislative framework, evaluates its benefits and draws attention to its shortcomings. |
