• Description: Stroke calls (teleconsultations) between emergency medical services (EMS) crews and hospital-based stroke neurologists are not commonly used in many countries but they are legally mandated in the Czech Republic. The main aim of this study was to determine usefulness of teleconsultations in daily clinical practice.
