Description In this paper, we focus on construction of inclusive education boundaries as perceived by educators at Czech primary schools. Boundary construction occurs within socio-cultural contexts that offer a repertoire of representations about what is (not) inclusive education, who is (not) part of it, and under what conditions. How the primary school personnel, pedagogical or non-pedagogical, perceive inclusion and related issues, is essential. They not only apply their attitudes and ideas in education but these are mirrored also in their acts and behaviour that can result in deepening inequalities or exclusion of students from education.
