| Description | The paper introduces the triple nature of attributability, namely the technical, legal and political aspects from the perspective of tactical, operational, strategic and communication levels. In the paper, the author critically analyzes whether legal attribution remains meaningful in the face of cyberattacks, and compares the demands that law places on attribution with the capabilities of the the technical and political dimensions. |
