Description Joint criminal proceeding is not a novelty that would appear in the legal systems of European countries only when the criminal liability of legal entities is enshrined. Joint criminal proceedings against two (or more) accused natural persons is an institute that is historically connected with criminal procedural law. The joint criminal proceedings against the accused legal entity and the accused natural person is thus a modification of the already established reflecting the specifics of the legal entity as such, as well as the specifics that arise when joint criminal proceedings are conducted against two (or more) persons when the nature of these persons is different.
