| Description | Act No. 320/2001 Coll., On Financial Management and Control in Public Administration and on Amendments to Certain Acts (the Financial Management and Control Act), as amended, was created in preparation for the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union. Despite the fact that it was supposed to be only a temporary solution, this act has remained practically unchanged so far. The group of its addressees includes state and local government bodies, as well as, for example, contributory organizations that are not administrative bodies. For this reason, the legislation is general and requires a considerable amount of knowledge and experience to put it into practice. |
