| Description | The conference addressed the topics of work ability, stress prevention, and health promotion. Furthermore, the contributions focused on communication, teacher sharing, and introduction to the principles of nonviolent communication. The conference also presented the results of a questionnaire survey mapping the work ability of teachers and the innovated educational program Towards Successful Seniority and the web signpost www.vitalniucitel.cz. The conference was intended primarily for primary and secondary school teachers, principals, and other pedagogical staff. Four hundred forty participants registered for the conference. The online conference was held at Zoom Webinars. |
