Description Globally, an estimated 17.5 million people died of cardiovascular disease in 2012, accounting for 31% of all deaths worldwide. Of these deaths, an estimated 7.4 million were due to coronary heart disease and 6.7 million to stroke. There were 15 thousand cases of acute myocardial infarction and 3.5 thousand cases of unstable angina in the country in 2017. This clinical guideline addresses the following questions: How to quickly and accurately diagnose acute coronary syndrome (all forms)? Where and by whom should patients with acute coronary syndromes be treated? What is the optimal treatment for unstable angina and non-ST elevation acute myocardial infarction? What is the optimal treatment for acute myocardial infarction with ST elevations? What is the correct way to perform secondary prevention of acute coronary syndromes?
