Description This clinical guideline applies to patients with chronic, stable forms of coronary artery disease (CAD); (a) patients with stable angina (including patients who have become asymptomatic after treatment) or patients with angina equivalents (e.g. exertional dyspnoea) if caused by IHD (b) patients more than one year after an acute coronary syndrome (including ST elevation myocardial infarction - STEMI), (c) patients after revascularisation procedures (coronary angioplasty or bypass surgery), (d) patients with chronic left ventricular dysfunction demonstrably caused by ICHS. KDP only focused on 7 areas: Diagnosis of IHD in outpatient practice Non-invasive methods in the diagnosis of IHD Invasive methods in the diagnosis of IHD Pharmacological treatment of chronic forms of IHD Catheterisation treatment of chronic forms of IHD Surgical treatment of chronic forms of ICHS Rehabilitation and secondary prevention in people with chronic forms of IHD
