| Description | The aim of the paper is to state the basic definition of the effort to apply the lex fori. The paper is limited to clarifying the position of this effort or tendency in US doctrinal approaches. The basic characteristics of this trend with possible manifestations in Czech law are performed. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the homeward trend and then respond to its possible manifestations in Czech law. |
