| Description | Participation in an organized group which aims to attack a state representative is traditionally one of the most severely punished crimes. The aim of this paper is to analyze the body o crime and the punishments imposed according to C 9.8.5. The punishments will be examined both concerning their efficiency and compliance with modern approaches, such as individual and general prevention and repression, and non-discrimination. |
