Description Sézary syndrome (SS) is defined by triad of erythroderma, generalized lymphadenopathy, and clonally related neoplastic T cells with cerebriform nuclei (Sézary cells) in the skin, lymph nodes, and peripheral blood. It is a leukemic type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with aggressive clinical behaviour and unfavourable prognosis. This case report describes the development, progress and treatment of SS in the female patient of our dermatology department.
