| Description | The paper deals with the issue of conducting interrogation of persons who are hospitalized in a medical institution. The paper focuses on the specifics of conducting such an interrogation, especially on the applicable legislation, possible problematic aspects and risks, and also offers criminalistic-tactical aspects. Marginally, it also discusses exigent and unrepeatable acts in criminal proceedings and the issue of so-called secondary victimization. |
