| Description | Wiretapping. When the word "wiretapping" is said, most of us first think of wiretapping equipment in the apartment, spy equipment or other technical equipment located inside buildings. However, in the concept of criminal procedural law, our ideas about the institution of wiretapping must be considered odd, as the concept of wiretapping defined in the Criminal Procedure Code varies considerably. The article should be a kind of excursion of the differences and similarities between "classical" wiretaps and so-called spatial wiretaps. |
