| Description | Part of the effort to introduce an official concept of gender reassignment into the Czech Civil Code is the issue of setting a minimum age for persons requesting gender reassignment, which under the proposed amendment is twelve years. This is closely related to the child's rights of participation in matters relating to the issue. |
