| Description | The paper highlights the relationships between the results of instrumental colour measurement and the results of the determination of the antioxidant activity of honey (especially by DPPH and FRAP). The sufficiently close correlations show that once verified, supplemented by regression analysis and calibration, they may find application in the rapid determination of the antioxidant activity of honey. |
