| Description | Our experimental outcome demonstrated that new potential thrombolytic ALT 04 administered in a continuous rate infusion regimen have only a minimal thrombolytic effect, in contrast to the bolus application depending on the relative change of AC area at 60 min. The new substance ALT 04 0.9 mg/kg in IVB administration route showed a better thrombolytic effect than alteplase 0,9 mg/kg in CRI non-significantly. Testing of other ALT 04 concentrations is the subject of further promising research. |
