| Description | Jakub Klodwig in his lecture dealt with the new legal regulation of cloud computing under the Act on Public Administration Information Systems and the Act on Cyber Security, including all implementing legislation. During the lecture, the lecturer explained the system of enrolment in the cloud computing catalogue, the selection of a cloud computing service provider in the procurement procedure and the conclusion of a contract with this provider. During the lecture, he mentioned the upcoming European Union regulation and its impact on the current system. |
