| Description | The plaintiff must describe in the action the life story on the basis of which the performance is sought. Legal qualification is at court. The court knows the rights and is obliged to decide on the claim regardless of the legal qualifications in the claim itself. The court is not bound by it. If the factual circumstances make it possible to decide on the claim, it is not important how the claimant qualified the matter legally. |
