Description In the case report, the author describes the case of a plant worker who developed breathing difficulties in the working environment. At first the condition was closed as recurrent bronchitis, later the pulmonary doctor suspected asthma bronchiale, he was given inhaled corticotherapy straight away. For the next few years, he managed the work of medication without significant breathing difficulties. In worsening respiratory problems, a non-specific interstitial pulmonary process was found, with the need for hospitalisation in the pulmonary ward, when a LUNG HRCT was performed. Due to exposure to agricultural dust (contact with hay, straw, grain, etc.), the diagnosis of exogenous allergic alveolitis - hypersensitive pneumonitis - was rightly thought of. The patient was treated intravenously with corticoids, responded very quickly to treatment, and the clinical condition resolved. The patient has been sent to us at the Occupational Medicine Clinic. The patient could be recognised as having an occupational disease.
