| Description | The legislation allows the performance of gainful activity while maintaining the entitlement to the so-called early retirement pension. This situation must be distinguished from the receipt of the so-called early retirement pension and the suspension of its payment. If an employee applies for an early old-age pension during the so-called period of uncertainty, when the employer decides on the invalidity of the termination of his/her employment (or if it is actually paid to him/her), it says nothing about his/her (un)readiness to perform work. |
