| Description | The paper will address the remedies for public transport accessibility by public authorities. It is concerned with the issues in which the scope of public transport accessibility can be regarded as sufficient and how the public can affect its securing. The first part of the paper briefly presents public transport accessibility and the relevant duties of public bodies. The second part deals with the issue of how to decide whether public transport accessibility is sufficient or not. The third part analyses the remedies available to the general public when public transport is insufficient. |
