| Description | While at the end of the 17th century, the highly baroque building style of Roman academic provenance prevailed in Central Europe, the penetration of this style into Brno was very slow (Johann Mathes, Christian Alexander Oedtl). However, in the years 1704 and 1706, Mořic Grimm and František Klíčník settled in the city, started a successful business and soon dominated production in such a way that they changed the baroque face of the city. |
