| Description | The aim of the paper is to discuss the role of water authorities in the special position, where the water authority issues decision, that is binding for an upcoming administrative procedure. The question is how the interests protected by the Water Act may be affected, as well as what interests the water authorities defend in the follow-up proceedings and what tools do they have to do so. |
