Description This report presents rTMS data from a larger, double-blinded placebo-controlled study examining possible advantages of Dialectical behavior therapy augmented by rTMS in borderline personality disorder patients. Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a highly prevalent and life-threatening condition. rTMS has been used in the last decade to examine its effect on BPD in general as well as its symptoms such as impulsivity, emotion dysregulation, or life-threatening behavior. The study builds on previous findings of our research group.
