| Description | This chapter deals with the constitutionalization of gender issues in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Both countries shared a common constitutional history for most of the 20th century, and their current constitutional arrangements, especially the guarantees of human rights, are fairly similar. The aim of the chapter is to answer the following research questions concerning constitutionalizations, how they were changed, and why they were amended or supplemented. |
