| Description | A review of a book by the most prominent Moravian international lawyer, Jiří Malenovský, which deals with three fundamental events in the history of Czechoslovakia from an international legal perspective. These are the establishment of Czechoslovakia in 1918, the Munich Agreement in 1938, and the August occupation in 1968. The book won the Karlovy Vary Legal Days award for 2024-25. |
