| Description | The article deals with the statement of a group of senators on the constitutional complaint of the Climate Action Association. The association wants to force through the courts the adoption of further bans and orders aimed at limiting greenhouse gas emissions within the framework of the ideology of climate alarmism. Climate change has always been and will always be, man can adapt to them, but he cannot control the climate. The claim that current climate change is caused by man has not been scientifically proven with exactness. The senators reject the ideology of climate alarmism and stand for the right of deputies and senators to decide on bans and orders freely according to their ideological program with which they went to the elections. Their position is based on the thesis that in a democracy, fundamental issues should be decided in an electoral battle, and not in courtrooms. |
