| Description | The object of the study consists of changes in human resources management during and after the pandemic crisis. The problem is addressed on the one hand from the point of view of the changes made in management itself and on the other hand, from the perspective of the difficulties that companies have had in switching to digital mode of operation and remote working. The analysis in question is based on the survey of companies in the two European countries, as well as other existing and available surveys on this subject. |
