| Description | The evaluation of university programs is a key tool for ensuring the quality and relevance of outputs in the context of changing demands for the preparation of future teachers. This paper focuses on an autoethnographic analysis of the first phase of the evaluation of programs preparing secondary school teachers at the Faculty of Science, MU. The aim of the research is to identify the key elements and skills required for the effective implementation of this process. Data were collected through diary entries, retrospective reflections, and thematic analysis. The findings reveal the dynamics of the evaluation role, the need for communication skills such as facilitation and mediation, and the importance of sharing experiences between participants in the process. The study also highlights the importance of internal evaluation in the context of curriculum change management. It also describes the specifics of developing evaluators’ competencies. |
