Description Have you ever felt like you don't really care about yourself? Do you put yourself second, third, or even last? Perhaps in recent weeks, months, or even years, you've felt uncertain and lost within yourself. Emotions are like a roller coaster. We find lots of great advice and tips on the internet on how not to go crazy, how to take care of ourselves, and how to experience emotions. How can we put them into practice? What do we need to do? Why can't we do it? When seeking advice and tips, we can become overwhelmed. Even though we want to do something and change, in the end, we don't do (much). Remorse, guilt, and demotivation set in. Does this sound familiar? The book Nekašli na sebe will show you how to understand yourself. It will become your new companion on the journey of experiencing emotions and taking care of yourself. It offers and walks us through enjoyable and straightforward tips and tricks on how to find peace in today's hectic world full of uncertainties, fears, and other unpleasant emotions.
