| Description | This study aimed to encapsulate natural substances (thymol, eugenol, carvacrol) into hydrogel particles via external ionic gelation to improve their stability and bioavailability. The particles were characterized for size, antimicrobial activity, and structural properties, then stored in hard gelatin capsules under different storage conditions and evaluated after three months. |
