| Description | Pregnancy is a special area from the point of view of pharmacotherapy, which requires careful consideration of all possible risk factors and a responsible assessment of the ratio of benefits and risks of the therapeutic agent for the mother and the foetus. Healthcare professionals constantly encounter the issue of pregnant patients taking therapeutic agents in clinical practice. The retrospective survey aimed to provide an overview of the groups of therapeutic agents that pregnant patients most often use, the distribution according to the trimester in which these agents are most frequently used, and to describe the trends in the development of therapeutic agent use over time during the monitored period. |
