Description Given the ubiquity and necessity of technology use, digital well-being has emerged as a key consideration. Digital well-being is a subjective experience encompassing both the advantages and disadvantages that technology use brings. This report provides an overview of technology use, digital well-being, and the use of digital disconnection strategies among Czech adults. The report highlights the predominant use of computers and phones, generational differences in digital well-being, and a strong preference for so-called reactive approaches to digital disconnection.
