| Description | The functional sample consists of donor plasmids enabling expression of full-length human low-density lipoprotein receptor or its LDL-binding extracellular domain in insect cells using the Bac-to-Bac baculovirus system. The constructs include a C-terminal TEV-cleavable Twin-Strep tag and are optimized for preparative purification and downstream structural studies. |
