| Description | The first annual report summarizes the safety data received by the study sponsor from September 5, 2024 to September 4, 2025. The clinical study is a monocentric study taking place in the Czech Republic. Patients with relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), high-grade myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and, blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) have poor outcome and novel strategies are needed to treat such patients. CD123 antigen is expressed on high proportion of these tumors. The study focuses on the safety and efficacy of autologous CART123 lymphocytes in patients with relapsed or refractory CD123 positive hematological malignancies. |
