| Description | The seminar focuses on the restoration of degraded lowland wet meadows using a combination of traditional management practices (mowing and grazing) and an innovative approach based on sowing hemiparasitic plants Odontites vernus and Melampyrum arvense. It presents practical experience from long-term monitoring of project sites in South Moravia and discusses the effectiveness of different management measures in suppressing invasive plant species and supporting the biodiversity of plant and arthropod communities. The seminar aims to facilitate the transfer of verified management approaches into conservation and agricultural practice, including recommendations for site managers and public authorities. |
