| Description | Masaryk University is developing a system for ensuring teaching quality based on the collection and analysis of qualitative data. We conduct group and individual interviews and focus groups with the aim of understanding the experiences, needs and challenges associated with the activities of teachers and students. We analyse the data obtained and identify key areas in teaching quality assurance. Based on these findings, we set up a system for ensuring and developing teaching quality. The aim of this paper is to present our approach, show examples of specific findings and discuss how qualitative data can be used as a tool for quality management in education. |
