| Description | The intervention of the pharmacist plays has indispensable role in the successful treatment process of a patient. Early prevention of disputes and getting reconciliation between the patient and healthcare professionals in the environment of pharmacy through the pharmacist, education, and appropriate motivation are the most effective tools in enhancing treatment adherence. We present the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration in the context of patient management, effective therapeutic communication, and the significance of building relationships between doctors, pharmacists, and patients with the aim of achieving lasting changes in the patient´s behavior and eliminating problems and conflicts. If pharmacist understands the source of conflicts and use the Thomas-Kilmann model with strategies of assertiveness and cooperation to resolve them, they will ensure that it results in effective patient-centered pharmaceutical care. |
