• Description: The study investigated G-quadruplexes as regulatory DNA structures and their interactions with p53 family proteins and ARMC6. We showed that ARMC6 binds G-quadruplexes in promoters of cancer-related genes and telomeric repeats, while DNA topology correlates with transcriptional regulation of target genes and can be modulated by G-quadruplex ligands.
