| Description | We evaluated the effectiveness of the Czech social-emotional learning program Akčňáci, which is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The program was implemented in 23 elementary school classes during the school year in the form of short lessons. A quasi-experimental design tracked changes in both teachers and students using the AAQ-II and SDQ questionnaires. The results show an increase in psychological flexibility and social-emotional skills, particularly among students with greater mental health needs. |
