| Description | The paper is dedicated to the interpretation of the transfer of an employee to alternative work in the relevant case-law of the Supreme Court. It analyses the obligatory and facultative transfer of an employee to alternative work. Moreover, it defines the limits of this one-sided act in law from the employer’s side arising from the case/law of the Supreme Court. |
