Description Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)-induced proarrhythmia is a serious and an unpredictable clinical entity, which is usually manifested by recurrent sustained ventricular tachycardia or arrhythmic storm, refractory to antiarrhythmic therapy. It typically develops early after CRT implantation.
