| Description | The basic element of criminal liability of natural persons is the subjective relationship of the perpetrator to the criminal outcome, both at the level of guilt and as part of the controlling component of sanity. Artificial intelligence does not yet meet the requirement for this subjective relationship, because it does not contain the element of will and consciousness. |
