| Description | Although the AVG served as a role-model or as an inspiration for the codification of administrative procedural law in the Czech Republic and Hungary, this influence is hardly noticeable today and the Austrian origin is hardly ever discussed. This article shows on the one hand how the Austrian AVG was transplanted or borrowed in legislation, legal practice and academic jurisprudence, and on the other hand also emphasises the lack of legal-cultural reception conditions, especially during the period of the communist regime. The cultural separation of Europe slowly erased the Austrian roots from memory, which largely influenced the perception of the reception. |
