| Description | The goal of this book is to advance our understanding of a phenomenon that has been referred to as clausal case marking (Aikhenvald 2008). This term refers to cases where morphemes that regularly function as nominal case markers attach to subordinate clauses (or to the verbs contained there) and convey some information about the type of the clause. |
